Dhiraagu has been recognized as a Great Place to Work®, reflecting the company’s continued investment in employee experience, professional development, and an inclusive, people-first workplace culture.
Great Place to Work® certification is awarded to organizations that meet globally recognized benchmarks for employee experience. It is evaluated through the Trust Index™ Survey, which measures trust, fairness, respect, pride, and the consistency of the employee experience across the organization.
According to Dhiraagu, it is one of the few organizations in the Maldives, and among only a few telecommunications companies in the Asia region to achieve this recognition this year.

Dhiraagu celebrated the achievement with a special event held at its headquarters in Male’ on Wednesday morning.
Speaking at the event, Ismail Rasheed, the CEO and Managing Director of Dhiraagu, expressed pride in making the achievement.
“This recognition reflects our values, our culture, and the way we care for and empower our people, serve our customers and community,” he said.

Azha Zameer, the Director of Human Resource, described the certification as a testament to the dedication of the employees of Dhiraagu.
“This certification is a testament to the dedication of our colleagues and the strong workplace culture we have built together, one that rewards performance, supports growth, and prioritizes the wellbeing of our people,” she said.
