President of Shooting Association of Maldives and former Chief of Defence Force، Major General (Rtd) Mohamed Zahir has been elected for the executive committee of Asian Shooting Confederation.
Mohamed Zahir was elected for the ExCo of ASC in the general congress of the confederation held yesterday in Kuwait.
Mohamed Zahir got elected by competing with candidates from 14 different countries who contested for this position.
In addition to the positions of ExCo of the ASC، members were elected for other positions of ASC as well in the general congress held yesterday.
President of ASC is the Information Minister of Kuwait، Sheikh Salman al Sabah.
