Two youth having morning tea at K-Mart Cafe’ in Kalafaanumagu were stabbed and injured on Sunday early morning.
The two injured are currently being treated at Indhira Gandi Memorial Hospital (IGMH)، and are not in a serious condition، Police have confirmed.
An eye witness at the scene said the two youth were at the cafe’ having tea when two men on a motorbike came and stabbed them several times. The two suspects fled after injuring the youth at the cafe’، he said.
No suspects have yet been arrested regarding the case.
