BML introduces online tokens for branches in Male’ City

The Bank of Maldives introduces virtual queuing for services at Male’ City branches and service centers via online queue tokens.
As per the national bank, with this change customers can request for tokens “for the Bank’s services” not available via ATM or online channels through the QueueBee application.
Moreover, customers can use the app to check waiting position online prior to visiting branches.
Furthermore, BML claims online tokens will be available from 08:00hrs till 12:00hrs on banking days.
According to the bank’s CEO and Managing Director Tim Sawyer, the new feature will ensure convenience to customers.

Meanwhile, BML notes customers will receive entrance when there are only two customers waiting ahead in the ‘waiting position’ which the QueueBee app will indicate.
