The coach of TC Sports Club, Muhammad Nizaam have said that Maldives can win many gold medals from international sports tournaments.
Speaking at a reception held last night to celebrate TC winning the championship of the “Sheikh Kamaal International Cup 2017” Nizaam said that Maldives does not only deserve gold medals from regional tournaments, but on an international level as well. He said that TC has proven this.
Nizaam said that the secret behind the club’s success is the support given by the president on several occasions. He said that, various achievements from sports can be seen in the past three years because the president encourages and supports the development of sports. He said that hence Maldives will continue to win gold medals from international sports tournaments.
