Indian Health Minister J.P Nadde has stated that india has been a partner in the Maldivian health sector and will continue to provide assistance.
He made the statement in the meeting held with his Maldivian counterpart, Minister Irthisham Adam in Health Minister.
In the meeting the two Ministers had discussed on training doctors and other service personnel. Minister Irthisham thanked india for their continued assistance and India assured of the continued assistance.
This is the fiftieth anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the two nations.
