To re-start and observe the political parties talk in the Maldives، a senior adviser to the United Nations Department of Political Affairs has arrived in Maldives.
Senior Adviser to the UN Department of Political Affairs، Mr. Tamrat Samuel arrived in the Maldives on Saturday.
The purpose of his trip is to help the Government in re-starting the Political Party Talks، which would lead to political stability and to uphold the rule of law. Mr Samuel is accompanied by a high level delegation from the Department of Political Affairs.
The visiting Delegation will hold discussions with the Government and other key stakeholders in the country to help to re-start the Talks.
