The Chief Justice of the Maldives Ahmed Muthasim Adnan has departed to the United States (US) on an official visit.
The Supreme Court of the Maldives disclosed that Chief Justice Muthasim's visit to the USA is from June 11-17. The visit was organised by the US Department of Justice. He is scheduled to visit courts and law schools in the US during his visit.
Chief Justice Muthasim is accompanied by Justice of the Supreme Court Husnu Al Suood. He is also accompanied by some judges from the High Court of the Maldives and Magistrate Courts.
