As the part of the on-going media familiarization trips organized by Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC), teams from South Korea and China has arrived to promote the Maldives as an affordable and relaxing destination to Chinese and Korean tourists.
The South Korean media group was in the Maldives from 10th to 16th July, whilst the Chinese media team arrived on 16th July and will be here until 21st July. The South Korean media group enjoyed stays at Kandima Maldives, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, and Summer Island Maldives.
The Chinese Media team will be staying at Grand Park Koddhipparu, Shangri-La Villingilli Resort & Spa and Velassaru Maldives. The team will get to enjoy activities such as snorkeling and diving excursions to experience the underwater beauty of the Maldives.
The purpose of the on-going series of media familiarization trips organized by MMPRC is to increase media awareness and exposure to the Maldives. After the trips, the groups will publish articles about their time and experience in the Maldives for their respective publications.
