Air India has been listed as the 3rd worst airline of 2016.
This list was published by Bloomberg based on the information given by FlightStats an aviation insights company. The list was formulated based on the number of times the flights of the airline gets delayed.
Even though Air India is on the 3rd position, the flights from Air India to Maldives does not get delayed that much. Also, compared to airlines in this region, Air India is far better and has good services.
There was a time when Sri Lankan airlines used to provide good meals. But now they just give a light meal and a glass of juice. However, Air India still provides hot meals and it is delicious.
KLM was the best airline of 2016 according to Bloomberg and Qatar airways got the fourth place. While Singapore airlines got the 7th place. According to Flightstats, the list was created based on data from 500 destinations.
They say that on average, all airlines had a good performance in 2016.
