Regarding the huge allegation report from Garcia، Eckert had cleared all the claims made against the 2022 organizing committee for corruption over a 42-page summary produced by Eckert himself.
FIFA President Sepp Blater had claimed the crticizm against Qatar was in fact racist while the 2022 organizing committee had maintained that they had followed “highest ethical standards” during the bid process.
