Deputy Youth Minister Ali Adil has stated that even if resources are available in abundance, it will be useful only if the youth of the nation made the best use of the resources.
Speaking in the closing ceremony of the Street Art Festival, Ali Adil said this government is described as a youth centric government as it was during this tenure that youth had been made a priority first time in history.
Adil said that there were many projects run to increase the social, sports opportunities for youth. However, he said that even though many resources had been created, it will only be profitable if youth engaged and used those resources.
Adil praised the skill and creativity of the artists in the Festival, remarking that this showed that not all Maldivian youth were lackadaisical and were full of creative talent. Adil assured that this Government will continue on granting opportunities to artists of all fields.
