A 17-year old male has been arrested regarding the case in Fuvahmulah where minors were given narcotics and blackmailed into prostitution by an organized group.
Police have informed that a total of 14 men، a woman، and a minor has been arrested regarding the case، and that they include people from Fuvahmulah as well as from other islands.
Fuvahmulah Police Station is working on the case together with a special investigations team from Family and Child Protection Department.
