A man with his motorcycle has fallen into the sea while getting off a ferry from Hulhumale’.
The Manager of the MTCC Hulhumale’ Industrial Manager, Mohamed Nazim told Sun Media today that around 2 p.m. today, a man got off the Hulhumale’ ferry at Male’ with his Airblade motorcycle, lost control and fell into the sea with the vehicle.
The man sustained no injuries during this incident.
“Customer go off the ramp on his own and lost control while turning around and fell into the with the cycle.” Nazim said.
Nazim said that once he fell the MTCC staff and retrieved the man and his motorcycle from the sea and cleaned it with fresh water.
MTCC says that the driver on the motorcycle was a middle-aged man with the driving license.
MTCC has publicly announced that it is the customer’s responsibility to safely load and unload the vehicle from the ferry.
