Global fast-food franchise Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is set to unveil their first outlet in Maldives on Monday.
According to KFC Maldives Facebook page the grand opening is set for 11:00hrs on Monday morning. The first 100 customers will receive a KFC endorsed T-shirt for free.
Interestingly KFC's first outlet in Maldives is opening next to another known food franchise; Pizza Hut at Male' Square, Ameenee Magu.
Initially the international fast-food franchise was set to open at Rasfannu pavilion, at the west end of capital Male'. However, due to several setbacks the venue was shifted to Male' Square.
