Housing Ministry has announced to seek a party to build a beach pavilion and to conduct water sports in the artificial beach which is to be built in the South-West side of Malé.
The announcement realised by Housing Ministry asks interested parties to present themselves to the ministry to clear information at 11 am next Monday.
The announcement also says that the price of the project should be presented on 30th September 2015.
Housing Ministey has contracted the construction of an artificial beach in the South-West side of Malé، to MTCC، where the public citizens can go for swimming in an attempt to develop that area.
In this project which is to be completed within 4 months، artificial breakwater and public showers for people going for swimming in that area will also be installed.
Housing Ministry informs that MVR 40 million will be spent on the construction of this artificial beach which will be twice as big as the one in the North-East side of Malé، and the expenses will be catered for by next year’s budget.
