Bank of Maldives – BML has decided to initiate an internship program specifically for newly graduated students.
The internship program will be an excellent opportunity for new graduate students to gain valuable work experience at one of the country’s leading bank.
The interns who successfully complete the program will be awarded special certificates by BML, which will be highly beneficial to their future career.
In the 1-year program, each intern will be assigned a Line Manager and Mentor. In addition, BML’s Learning and Development Department will conduct trainings for the interns throughout the program.
BML internship program also will provide benefits to the interns, such as monthly allowance of MVR 6,000 along with Ramadan Bonus. During the 1-year program interns will be eligible for 15 days paid leave and 10 days leave for medical and family emergencies.
