Vice President Ahmed Adeeb Abdul Ghafoor has met with Minister for Finance of Malta Edward Scicluna.
The meeting took place at a dinner hosted in the VP’s honour by the Maltese Finance Minister.
Following the meeting, VP Adeeb tweeted, “Had a wonderful Dinner meeting with Malta Finance Minister Edward Scicluna, discussed about SEZ & economic sectors.”
Earlier during this visit, VP Adeeb presented a letter from President Abdulla Yameen to the President of Malta.
His visit to Malta follows a visit to Egypt to attend the opening ceremony for the second Suez Canal, making it his second official visit abroad since he assumed office.
