Ooredoo Maldives has on Wednesday launched its smartphone application، ‘My Ooredoo’، with several features، which is the first Self-care application introduced in Maldives.
The application was officially launched by the CEO Vikram Sinha، in a ceremony held at the National Arts Gallery on Wednesday evening.
The free-to-download app allows the postpaid customers to check and pay their bills، while the prepaid customers can recharge their connections.
Furthermore، activating data packages، checking data usage، setting free numbers and activating ReethiTunes can be done via the application. The application also shows the latest offers and promotions by Ooredoo Maldives.
The application will allow the customers can attain services without getting in a queue، says CEO Vikram. He further noted that the application is ‘a happy news for the customers’ and stated that Ooredoo Maldives’ services can be attained anywhere، anytime.
Ooredoo Maldives informed that ‘My Ooredoo’ application comes with an inaugural bonus، valid until June 20، including 10% bonus free credit for every recharge above Rf. 50، 10% additional talk time for every postpaid bill payment and up to 10% extra data for every data package activation، using the application.
The application is now available on Google PlayStore for Android and on App Stor for iOS users.
