Vice President of Maldives، Mr. Ahmed Adeeb، who is currently visiting Malta has met with the country’s Finance Minister Mr. Edward Scicluna، and discussed about economy.
At a banquet arranged last night in honor of Vice President، Mr. Ahmed Adeeb had discussed about the Special Economic Zones (SEZs)، while they had discussed on strengthening the economical ties between Maldives and Malta.
In his visit to Malta، Mr. Adeeb had met with the President of the country yesterday. He had delivered a letter from President Yameen Abdul Gayoom to Malta’s President Marie Louise Coleiro Preca – followed with official talks held between the two parties.
Vice President Ahmed Adeeb is visiting the nation of Malta، after the successful trip to Egypt، in order to attend the grand opening ceremony of the new Swiss Canal at the country.
