Dhiraagu streamlines services online through Dhiraagu My Account

Dhiraagu customers will now be able to access most of its services online and manage them in one place through the Dhiraagu My Account.
Through My Account, customers can effortlessly upgrade or downgrade postpaid or fiber broadband packages and initiate requests for new fiber broadband connections.
Partner stores can utilize the portal to activate blank SIMs currently that they sell. Customers can request services such as relocating Dhiraagu Fiber broadband within or between buildings and temporarily suspending services, all conveniently managed through the portal.
The portal facilitates the management of postpaid and fiber broadband bill payments for multiple accounts, enables prepaid number recharges, and offers various add-ons.
Customers can conveniently track the status of service requests made through Dhiraagu My Account on this user-friendly platform.
