Islamic Minister Dr. Ahmed Ziyad Baqir has stated that those who were sincere had to live in a constant state of risk at all times.
He made the statement speaking in the opening ceremony of the workshop held on “Preparing for Ramadan”.
Dr. Ziyad said that sincere people are few these days and that enemies of Islam were always on the path to create divisions and discredit sincere people. Therefore, he stressed that we have strengthen Islam and Islamic values. He urged to seek information and knowledge on Islam.
He urged all to listen to sermons and read books.
“Not every sermon or book will yield new information, but they help in strengthening the belief system,”
Dr. Ziyad also appealed to make better use of time. He urged all to set aside five hours a day on an activity that would benefit the person in both worlds.
