Villa International High School has successfully completed the student experience trip carried out to Laamu Atoll and Malaysia.
Villa College Executive Director Dr. Ali Najeeb handed over certificates to the students, officials and teachers who took part in the ceremony.
Speaking in the ceremony, school Principal Ahmed Saeed even though all students may not be able to take part in the all of the experience trips, but urged all students to make the best use of such trips. He added that the ceremony was held to brief those who couldn’t attend the trip. He also noted that students needed experience beyond the school premises.
Saeed noted that they had received much support from the parents and their contact persons in Malaysia and Laamu Atoll.
Students who took part in the trip, presented a video presentation on the information attained in their trips. Forty five students from science stream and 29 students from business stream travelled to Malaysia, while 20 students from the cultural association travelled to Laamu Atoll.
