“International Fellowship Day” has been celebrated on behalf of Maldives Scout and Guide Fellowship (MSGF).
An event was carried out in Hiriya School at 8.45 pm on the night of 25th October 2015 to celebrate this day.
The aim of celebrating this day is to further enhance the relationship between those who have been in the Scout and Guide and increase the spirit of Scout and Guide further، informs MSGF.
Maldives became a complete member of the international organisation related to this، the International Scout and Guide Fellowship (ISGF) last year.
Former Chief Commissioner of Girl Guide Association، Ms. Mariyam Waheeda was appointed as the Vice Chairman of ISGF for this region during the Asia Pacific Regional Meeting which was held recently.
A committee meeting of this region of ISGF will be held in Maldives in the month of May next year.
ISGF informed that the current members of MSGF، former members of Scout and Guide activities and all those who love Scout and Guide activities have been invited to the ‘Friendship Circle’.
