Former First Lady Fazna Ahmed's mother, Zameera Umar, has passed away at the age of 79.
Zameera passed away yesterday after being unwell for sometime.
Upon her passing, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu sent condolences to former President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, Fazna and their family.
In a social media post, the president also prayed for Zameera's soul to be granted paradise.
