The police announced on Thursday that they are looking for a young woman wanted for questioning in a fraud cause.
According to the police, Aishath Maleeha, 22, Lunboagasdhoshuge, HDh. Makunudhoo, is wanted for questioning for sending a fake bank transfer slip.
The police said they were unable to serve her with the summons for questioning as her current whereabouts are unknown.
Maleeha has been instructed to present herself for questioning to the Sergeant Adam Haleem Criminal Investigation Building in Male’ at 10:00 am on June 18.
The case against her is under investigation by the Fraud and Financial Investigation Department.
