President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih on Sunday appointed Abdul Ghafoor Mohamed as Ambassador-at-Large and Ahmed Latheef as Foreign Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Prior to his new appointment, Abdul Ghafoor Mohamed served as the Foreign Secretary. Ahmed Latheef served as the Ambassador of the Republic of Maldives to the Federal Republic of Germany before his new appointment.
