As Ooredoo Maldives celebrates its 20th anniversary today, the company reflects on years of major achievements, having connected the entire nation through its telecommunication network.

Following the government’s decision, the inauguration of Ooredoo’s submarine cable in the Maldives took place in 2006, less than a year after the company launched its services in the country.
