A youth has sustained serious injuries after a dangerous road accident in Addu City Hithadhoo today.
The accident took place at 16:30 today near ‘Koahere’ Cafe’.
Police said the accident occurred after a speeding motorcycle lost control and skid on the road. They said they are looking in to the matter.
The youth has been taken to Hithadhoo Regional Hospital for treatment.
He has sustained serious injuries، including a head injury.
