Maldives National University (MNU) has announced that the Indian Tourism Minister Dr. Mahesh Sharma will visit the University’s Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies on the 4th of this month.
Dr. Mahesh Sharma is in the country to take part in the UNWTO Conference to start today in Bandos Island Resort.
MNU reported that in addition to the Minister, Indian High Commissioner in the Maldives Rajiv Shahare and senior diplomats of the country will visit the University.
The University’s Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies campus was an aid project granted by the Indian Government and is one of the most modern and well equipped facilities in the country.
