Bank of Maldives (BML) has presented ‘Employee Star Awards’ to the bank’s outstanding employees recognizing their significant contributions.
The award, presented on a monthly basis, was granted to 20 employees in December.
The awards are extended to employees who have made valuable contributions to the bank and society, and those who have demonstrated excellence in work and ethics.
The awards recognize employees for their achievements in various activities, including education, sports, and other endeavors.
Speaking at this year’s ‘Employee Star Award’ ceremony, the bank’s CEO and Managing Director Karl Stumke said, “This award is significant for acknowledging the hard and efficient work of the bank’s employees, ultimately benefiting the bank’s customers and the service community.”
BML launched its ‘Employee Star Awards’ in 2017 for the first time to acknowledge the best-performing employees.
