President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has concluded his official visit to India and returned back to Maldives late Monday night.
In this visit، President Yameen called on the President of India، Mr. Pranab Mukherjee، and held high level discussions with Prime Minister، Mr. Narendra Modi.
During the visit، India’s External Affairs Minister also called on President Yameen.
The visit has concluded with six MoU’s being signed between the two countries on multiple cooperations.
The President was accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs، Dunya Maumoon، Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture Dr. Mohamed Shainee، and three Members of the Maldivian Parliament
