Vaguthu has learned that former President Nasheed and MDP Chairperson Ali Waheed has departed from Colombo.
Sources say that they left Colombo today. Some people have said that they went to London to launch Stealing Paradise documentary. However it is not clear whether they left to London or not. Nasheed was in Lanka since the last week of August.
Maldives Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant to arrest Nasheed regarding corrupt activities that he engaged in when he was the President.
However Police did not try to arrest Nasheed while he was in Lanka.
