The judges bench presiding over the MPRC 5 million dollar embezzlement case against Haamidh and Ziyath has been dissolved. Now the case is being presided over by the Chief Judge of Criminal Court Abdul Baary Yousuf.
While Baary took over the case، in tonight’s hearing witnesses by the state gave their statements. Baary said that on Saturday’s hearing the summarized statement of the case will be presented. After the statement is presented and if there is nothing else to clarified the next step would be sentencing.
