CEO of Maldives Islamic Bank, Haaris Haaroon have said that Islamic Bank will always provide assistance to Islamic University of Maldives.
Speaking at the ceremony held to sign an agreement of cooperation between the two institutions, Haroon Rasheed said that there are many things the both institutions can achieve together and when its done both the institutions will benefit from it.
He said that they can assist in things like publishing books and conducting seminars and conventions etc.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Chancellor of Islamic University Dr.Muhammad Shaheem Ali Saeed said that Islamic Bank always assists in religious activities in the Maldives and that the agreement signed with IUM is another addition to their various assistance programs.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr.Ibrahim Zakariyya Moosa said that they will need the assistance of Islamic Bank when they start courses related to Islamic Finance next year at IUM. He highlighted the importance of getting lecturers who can teach the courses. Dr.Zakariyya thanked Islamic Bank for their continued assistance to IUM.
