The one millionth visitor to Maldives this year is Ali, an Indian citizen of Guhrat State. He visited Maldives to spend holidays in Paradise Island Resort and Spa, with his wife.
A special ceremony was held at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport to welcome Ali. Ali who is from Gujrat said that he and his wife always wanted to visit Maldives and they even wanted to visit Maldives for their honeymoon.
He thanked for the warm welcome he received at the airport. He said that he was really surprised and that this was the biggest surprise in his life.
He said that he will visit Maldives again and that he will talk about the hospitality of the Maldivians for years to come.
