BML Staff Awards 2023 ceremony took place on the evening of Saturday, August 26, to honor and celebrate their staff members.
Employee of the Year was awarded to Huzaath Ali, Head of Customer Payments and Settlements. The CEO Award for Outstanding Achievement was given to both the marketing team and Badhurudheen Hassan.
The Best Leadership Award was given to Fathimath Haleem, the Head of Operational Excellence, while the Best Manager Award was presented to Mohamed Shaaiq, the Customer Service Manager.
BML's CEO and Managing Director, Karl Stumke, emphasized that their strategic plan prioritizes three key aspects, including enhancing customer communication, digitalizing operations, and building a dedicated and industrious team of employees. HE said that the bank prioritizes fostering a positive work environment at BML and cultivating a workforce that remains committed over the long term.
Best Atoll Branch Award, Best Team Award, Customer Service Staff Award and Award for Innovation was also presented during the award ceremony.
