Court of Arbitration for Sports rules out Barcelona incapable of taking part in the next two transfer market seasons.
According to reports، the step was taken again Barca for the alleged recruitment and hiring of minor players to the team squad، which is a direct violation of the Fifa guidelines.
As per Fifa guidelines، players can be selected or recruited to teams if they are 18 and above، with the exception of a special situation in which a team can hire a minor، but such a situation was not met by Barca.
Following the decision Barcelona submitted the case to Fifa Appeal Committee، but they declined the case after which Barca then filed the case with Court of Arbitration for Sports.
With the case closed، Court has concluded Barcelona practicing acts in violation of Fifa guidelines while hiring players who were under the age of 18، and it comes along with proof.
This indictment puts Barcelona hanging as they will be able to enter transfer market on 2016 the soonest، despite of this the team has the upper hand of wise choices made during last Summer transfer market by roping in Suarez and Ivan.
