PG Office to re-prosecute ‘Thinadhoo Arson Case’ on Sunday

Prosecutor General’s Office on Sunday will be sending the Thinadhoo Arson Case to the court for re-prosecution.
After the case was sent back to PG Office as the state lawyer failed to turn up to the court proceeding on Saturday،  the case will be sent to the Criminal Court to continue the trial of 89 men accused of taking part in arson on 8th February 2012 following the overthrowing of President Nasheed’s government the previous day.
