Ooredoo has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on March 9.
According to the company, this year’s meeting will be held both in person at its headquarters and online, with 50 shareholders given the opportunity to attend.
Shareholders who wish to participate virtually can do so via the Fahivote portal. Registration details will be provided through the Maldives Securities Depository Company Pvt Ltd (MSD)'s online general meeting management system, Fahivote, before 6:00 pm on March 7.
For those attending in person, registration will be available at Ooredoo's head office. Shareholders must complete registration by 9:30 pm on March 7 to attend the meeting.
Eligible shareholders; those registered as Ooredoo shareholders before 2:00 pm on February 18 can sign up for the AGM through the online system 'Infinity'.
