Ahmed Yaseen Ali Easa has won the award for the Best All-Round Student of the Dh. Bandidhoo School for the academic year 2022-2023.
Yaseen received the award during the school’s Prize Day held on Saturday evening. He received prizes from President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, the Education Ministry, Dh. Meedhoo MP Ahmed Siyam Mohamed, the Bandidhoo School, and the school’s Parent Teacher Association.
Siyam, the president of Maldives Development Alliance (MDA), served as chief guest of the ceremony.
Addressing the ceremony after winning the award, Yaseen said he worked tirelessly to achieve his dream.
He encouraged other students not to see their studies as a chore. He advised students to take a balanced approach to their school life, by dedicating themselves to their studies but also participating in extracurricular activities.

The ceremony also saw students get awarded for additional achievements.

During Saturday’s ceremony, Siyam was honored for his contributions to the Bandidhoo School. The school’s teacher also received plaques in recognition of their servies.
