A 37 year old male was found dead of drug overdose in Dhaal Bandidhoo.
Ali Niyaz، 37، Sinamaage، H Dh، Kulhudhuffushi was found dead in an toilet of Jawaahiruwaadhee، Dh. Bandidhoo.
Police Media Official said that Police were reported of a 37-year-old found dead in a house in Dh. Bandidhoo at 5:40 on Monday early morning.
Police، in reference with the doctors who examined the body، told Ali Niyaz was dead before he was taken to the health center in Bandidhoo.
Bandidhoo Council Member said the man found dead in a toilet in Bandidhoo is believed to be killed by a drug OD.
“It is strongly believable he died of a drug OD. Some signs are visible on his teeth. At the moment، we are proceeding with the funeral.” Council member said.
Police are currently investigating the case.
