The children’s evening held in Villimale’ during the Eid al-Adha holidays has concluded.
The event was jointly organised by security forces and government companies, and was aimed at entertaining children who remained in the city during Eid or travelled to the capital for various reasons. The four-day event attracted large public participation, with many people attending and taking part in activities and games.
Similar events were also held in Male’, Hulhumale’ Phase I and Phase II, featuring games and entertainment. Activities included sports, photo opportunities with cartoon characters, and performances by the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) band.
Children expressed enjoyment of the event, particularly the games, sports and gifts.
