Mohamed Shareef, the Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer of Bank of Maldives (BML), resigned on Monday.
Shareef began his career with the main bank of Maldives over 25 years ago. During this period, he has held a number of senior executive positions, including the Head of Card Centre, Retail Banking Director and Operations Director.
BML announced his resignation in a press release, conveying well wishes for Shareef's future endeavours on behalf of the board, management and staff of the bank.
