Ex president Nasheed’s lawyer، Al-Ustad Hassan Latheef has received a chit notifying him to present himself to the police station tomorrow night.
He is to be present at the police station at 8.30 pm tomorrow night.
Ex president Nasheed’s office has released a statement saying that asking Nasheed’s lawyers to present themselves to the police station within less than 24 hours after Nasheed’s sudden unlawful arrest is a threat and direct harassment.
The statement also called out for all organisations to work against such unlawful acts by the government.
