"Commission will not accuse anyone specifically" – Home Minister

The National Inquiry Commission formed by the president following the presidential speedboat blast on 28 September 2015، will not accuse anyone specifically for the attack، Home Minister and the Commission’s co-chair، Umar Naseer said.
During the press conference held at the President’s Office this afternoon، Home Minister said the investigative commission will not accuse anyone and go after him or her for the investigation.
He said they are ‘following’ the evidences، not an alleged person. Umar said that they will not blame anyone، or point fingers، without any credible evidence.
Co-Chair Umar further said that with regards to the level of the incident، the investigation will take time.
In addition، Home Minister Umar Naseer said the dismissal of Defence Minister Moosa Ali Jaleel was a decision by the President Abdulla Yameen himself.
