Economic Minister Mohamed Saeed has called on local businesses to fully take part in the Kunming Expo 2016.
Saeed said Maldives has been given excellent opportunities in the Expo and as such many products needed to be displayed in the Expo.
Minister Saeed said that pre-preparation was essential to the Expo, as the products to the Expo will have to be flown to China at an earlier date. He appealed to all producers to start production at the earliest possible date.
Minister Saeed said the opportunity to take part in the Expo will be opened next week and the Expo was open for all to take part in.
Minister Saeed added that the Maldives was the Nation of Honor at the Expo and therefore, called on all to maintain this position.
