Minister of Foreign Affairs Dunya Maumoon has on Thursday met with senior diplomats in Sri Lanka.
According to Foreign Ministry، EU Ambassador to Maldives Mr. David Daly، UK High Commissioner to Maldives Mr. James Dauris and US Ambassador to Maldives Mr. Atul Keshap have called on the Foreign Minister today..
Dunya departed to Sri Lanka on Wednesday to brief the diplomatic corps in Sri Lanka on the recent political developments in the Maldives.
She was accompanied by Foreign Secretary Dr. Ali Naseer Mohamed، High Commissioner of Maldives to Lanka Ms. Zahiya Zareer and Omnia Strategy partner Mr. Toby Cadman.
Dunya briefed the diplomatic corps on the case of Vice President Ahmed Adeeb and the case of former president Mohamed Nasheed.
