The Chief of Defence Force of Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF), Major General Ibrahim Hilmy has met with the Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Navy, Rear Admiral Damian Fernando at the Sri Lankan Navy Headquarters.
Upon his arrival, Major General Hilmy was accorded a Guard of Honour in precision with naval traditions. The ensuing discussion between Major General Hilmy and Rear Admiral Damian Fernando focused on several matters of bilateral importance.
The cordial discussion drew to a close with an exchange of mementoes, as a gesture of goodwill and cooperation.
