Minister of Defence and National Security Mr. Adam Shareef Umar has urged all the military officers to refrain from being involved in any sort of political activities.
Minister made the urge during his meeting with the military officers held at Kalhuthukkala Koshi on Wednesday evening.
Speaking during the meeting، Minister Shareef noted that the military offer a huge deal of service to the country and it’s citizens، and who should always uphold principles and code of ethics.
Minister urged the military to uphold their national duty and to refrain from any political activities.
Chief of Defence Force Major General Ahmed Siyam also spoke during the meeting.
